Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before they have been processed, packed, or submitted to our fulfillment warehouse.

Once an order has entered processing or has been accepted by our warehouse, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If a cancellation request is submitted after processing has begun, XARA Shilajit will make reasonable efforts to stop the shipment; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund at that stage.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Refund Policy.

XARA Shilajit reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for orders that have entered fulfillment, shipping, or delivery.

Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment process, orders may begin processing shortly after being placed.
